Angela Atkinson Angela Atkinson is a freelance writer, editor and researcher. In addition to writing and editing for websites and corporate clients, she is the co-founder of the WM Network, which currently includes The WM Freelance Connection, The WM Parenting Connection, The WM Pet Connection and The WM Review Connection.
Angela is the author of a book called The Practical Freelance Writer's Guide to Author Websites. She also writes an award-winning inspirational blog called In Pursuit of Fulfillment. Angela grew up with pets around her, including her beloved dog Otis who lived nearly 20 years. She is happily married and has three beautiful children. Her feline family member, Luna the cat, is loved by all. The Atkinson family also recently adopted a beta fish named Killer.
Alyssa Ast

Laura AstLaura Ast is a wife, mother, grandmother, collector of wayward animals and a yarn junky. She and her husband, Tim, moved from the Mojave desert to Elk, Washington for a slower way of life and seasons other than brown. Little did they know, it would be Life in a Snow Globe. Laura has had animals around her for her entire life. She believes that you need to have two animals to keep each other company. Now, since she and her husband Timlive in a wooded area in Washington, she has wildlife to watch, as well as her own animals.
